Choosing the Right Parts
How do I know which parts fit my vehicle?
Each product listing includes fitment details specifying compatible makes, models, and years. If you're unsure, use the Shop by Vehicle Make page to browse parts specific to your car, or contact us with your vehicle details and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
Do your parts require professional installation?
Most of our exterior styling parts (splitters, spoilers, diffusers, mirror caps) are designed for straightforward fitment and can be installed at home with basic tools. Performance parts may require professional installation. We'll always indicate this on the product page. When in doubt, we recommend using a qualified fitment centre.
Can I see the parts in person before buying?
Yes. We have a physical store in Edleen, Gauteng, and operate on an appointment basis. Book a visit via our Contact Us page and we'll set aside time to walk you through the options for your specific vehicle.
Shipping
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, we ship to all major centres across South Africa. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3β7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on domestic South African shipping. International orders may be possible but all customs duties, import taxes, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to discuss international shipping before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility before any items are sent back.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.
Fitment & Compatibility
What if a part doesn't fit my vehicle?
If a part doesn't fit as described in the product listing, contact us immediately. We'll assess the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include an exchange or return. Please do not attempt to modify or force-fit a part, as this voids any return eligibility.
My vehicle isn't listed β can you still help?
Possibly. We're constantly expanding our range. Send us your vehicle details (make, model, year, and trim) and we'll let you know if we have compatible parts or can source them for you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFT, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your card details.
Booking an Appointment
How do I book an appointment to visit the store?
Use the booking form on our Vehicle Bookings page, or reach out directly via our Contact Us page. We'll confirm your appointment and provide directions to our Edleen location.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, we operate on an appointment-only basis. This ensures you get dedicated time with our team and the right products are ready for your visit. Walk-ins may not always be accommodated.
